Paleo Tortillas



Tortillas

1c almond meal
1/4c flax meal
3 eggs
1/4c hot water
2 Tbsp canned coconut milk
Your favorite spices

Mix all ingredients together.

Heat olive oil on a skillet on medium-high heat.

Place 1Tbsp of batter on the skillet. Let it sit for a couple seconds then use the back of your spoon to spread the batter out.

When the bottom starts to brown, flip the tortilla over and brown the other side.

Store in the refrigerator.
